Declaration by Customer

1. I have voluntarily registered as a customer of EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED, and purchased the above-mentioned online educational course.
2. I understand that EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED is an online course selling company, and not an investment, job, or income guarantee scheme.
3. I have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Referral/MLM Policy of the company.
4. I understand that the referral program is an optional promotional activity, and my earnings (if any) will depend purely on my personal effort and sales performance.
5. I am aware that all payments made are non-refundable, once the course access has been granted.
6. I agree that TDS, GST, or any other applicable taxes will be deducted from my commissions or earnings as per Government of India rules.
7. I shall not misuse the company name, spread false income claims, or create multiple fake accounts. If found doing so, my account may be terminated without refund.
8. I declare that I am participating of my own free will, without any pressure, promise, or misrepresentation from any person.
9. I agree that all disputes, legal matters, or claims shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Ranchi Court (Jharkhand, India).
