1. Introduction

Welcome to EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED (LEARN, EARN, RISE TOGETHER).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services offered through www.edurihlaeducation.com (the “Platform”).
By accessing or purchasing any of our online courses or participating in our referral/MLM-based promotional program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED is an online education company providing digital courses such as Spoken English, Personality Development, Computer Skills, and Digital Skills.
We also provide an optional referral and earning program where registered customers can earn commissions by promoting and referring others to purchase our courses.

4. User Registration

Every participant must register using valid personal details (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhar Number, Address, etc.).
The company reserves the right to verify user details and terminate any fake or duplicate accounts.

5. Course Purchase

Courses are available for purchase through online payment only.
Once payment is made, course access is granted immediately and is non-transferable.
No refund or cancellation shall be allowed once access is provided.

6. Referral / MLM Policy

Each registered customer is eligible to participate in the Referral Income Program.
A new user joins by purchasing a course at ₹2000 (or as per the current package price).
The referrer earns a direct commission and level-based income according to the official EDURIHLA Compensation Plan.
Commissions are released only for valid and completed sales, verified by the company.
All earnings are subject to TDS, GST, and applicable taxes under Indian law.
The company does not guarantee any fixed or assured income. Income solely depends on the individual's performance, efforts, and network building.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:
• Making false claims or income guarantees.
• Misrepresenting the company or its products.
• Running unauthorized promotional schemes using EDURIHLA’s name.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, fake enrollments, or multiple IDs.
Violation of any of the above may lead to termination of account and legal action under applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, designs, videos, and content are the intellectual property of EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED.
No user is allowed to copy, resell, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

9. Payment and Tax Compliance

All payments are to be made through official payment gateways integrated on our platform.
Commissions are calculated and distributed according to company policy.
TDS and other applicable taxes will be deducted before releasing commission payments.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be used solely for providing services, commissions, and legal compliance.
We never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. Disclaimer

EDURIHLA PRIVATE LIMITED provides educational services, not investment or job assurance schemes.
The referral system is purely an optional marketing program.

12. Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating the terms, misusing company resources, or engaging in unethical business practices.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and legal actions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Ranchi courts (Jharkhand, India).

15. Declaration by Customer

By purchasing any course or joining the referral program, you hereby declare that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions.
• You are voluntarily participating in the referral program without any income or profit guarantee from the company.
• All disputes, if any, shall be resolved under Ranchi jurisdiction only.
